How much does the service cost?
Our weekly service starts at $85 per month for up to 3 dogs and yards up to 8,000 sq ft. Twice weekly service starts at $155 per month. One-time cleanups start at $75.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts — ever. Start or cancel anytime with no long-term commitments.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve residential neighborhoods across Corpus Christi, TX. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call or send us a message and we’ll let you know.
How will I know you showed up?
We send you a heads-up text before we arrive and a photo confirmation of your closed gate once the job is done.
What is your refund policy?
We bill monthly at the start of each month. If you cancel mid-month, remaining unused visits are non-refundable. We will be glad to continue service through the rest of the month.
What if I have more than 3 dogs?
No problem! We charge an additional $10 per month per dog on the weekly plan and $20 per month per dog on the twice weekly plan.
How do you keep my dogs safe?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Third Coast Poo Patrol. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
Does Third Coast Poo Patrol Clean the Entire Yard?
Third Coast Poo Patrol will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
We will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house no more than two days before standard waste collection.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
